Every Morning, Our bakers and team of patisserie chefs starts work at 3am to bring Sydney the incredible baked goods, savouries and classic desserts.
On the weekend, guests can expect our signature weekend croissants that have come to define textbook patisserie. With delicious easy brunch options and delicious desserts waiting, Textbook Patisserie is always here for all our clientele's dessert satisfaction.

John trained and worked with some of the best in the business and can't wait to share his delicious creations with you.
John Ralley, Pâtissier, worked in Michelin-starred restaurants in England, created some pretty cool desserts for Sydney restaurants, featured in The New Patissiers by Olivier Dupon and was part of The Australian Pastry Team.
You are invited to sit and enjoy a coffee and special treats with a friend, in private or take something back to eat at the workplace or home.
